Rolling shutter motor repair and replacement
What you notice: The shutter does not respond at all, or the motor runs without moving the curtain. On a manual shutter, it has become too heavy to lift by hand.
What we do: We test the motor and its supply, then repair or replace the tubular motor and re-set it to the shutter weight.
Rolling shutter limit switch adjustment and replacement
What you notice: The shutter stops short of the ground, runs too far and strains at the top, or no longer stops in the same place twice.
What we do: We re-set the upper and lower limits, and replace the limit switch where it has failed rather than drifted.
Rolling shutter guide rail repair
What you notice: The curtain rubs, jams or has come out of the side channel β usually after a vehicle or trolley has caught the rail.
What we do: We straighten or replace the guide rail and re-seat the curtain so it runs clear through the full travel.
Rolling shutter slat replacement
What you notice: Individual slats are dented, bent or corroded, leaving a gap or catching as the shutter rolls.
What we do: We replace the affected slats and match the profile to the existing curtain, so the whole shutter does not have to come down.
Rolling shutter control panel repair
What you notice: The push-button station or control box has stopped responding, works intermittently, or only one direction works.
What we do: We test and repair or replace the control panel and its wiring, including the up/down/stop station and any key switch.
