What we do: We test the motor, the gearbox and the supply, and either repair the unit or replace it with one matched to the gate weight and leaf length.
What you notice: The gate jerks, slips or grinds as it slides. Teeth on the rack are worn flat, or a rack section has come loose from the gate frame.
What we do: We replace the worn rack sections and re-set the mesh against the motor pinion, so the drive engages evenly across the full travel.
What you notice: The gate reverses on its own, refuses to close, or closes without stopping for an obstruction — which is the dangerous version of the same fault.
What we do: We clean, re-align or replace the photocells either side of the opening and re-test the safety reversing before we leave.
What you notice: Remotes have stopped pairing, the gate behaves unpredictably, or the board shows a fault light.
What we do: We diagnose the control board, replace it where it has failed, and re-program the remotes and any keypad or intercom trigger to the new board.
